Jalsa, Ileana, Pawan KalyanJalsa

Sanjay Sahu (Pawan Kalyan) is a student in a college and a nonchalant, who doesn't take his life seriously. Sanjay and Indu (Kamalini) fell in love with each other and try to convince Indu's father Prakash Raj for their marriage. Prakash Raj rejects bluntly and arrange marry with another guy. After some time Sanjay's juniors in the college, Bhagyamati (Ileana) & Jyotsna (Parvati Melton) fell in love with him. Then the romance & jealousy thread runs among Sanjay, Bhagyamati & Jyotsna. Then the story takes different turns with factionist Damodhar Reddy (Mukesh Rushi)'s attempt to kill Sanjay Sahu, and Indu's father Prakash Raj objections to Sanjay & Bhagyamati marriage.

Why Damodhar Reddy tries to kill Sanjay Sahu, what is the background Sanjay Sahu, and why Indu's father has objections to Sanjay & Bhagyamati marriage forms the rest of the story. How Sanjay gets rid of Damaodhar Reddy and marries Bhagyamathi, you have to watch it on sliver screen.

Pawan Kalyan: He is extremely good in jovial scenes with heroines, and showed his mark in action episodes. We can notice Kushi type dialogue modulation in his comedy scenes with Ali, Brahmanandam and Prakash Raj. Trivikaram mark punch dialogues got more applause with Pawan's ease in them. His serious performance in pre-interval and climax scenes is great.

Ileana got a good role in this film with performance scope. She did great as simple & dumb girl. Parvati Melton is sexy in the film. She got the chartbuster 'Jennifer Lopez' song. Kamalinee Mukherjee did a small but impressive role as Indu. Shivaji did a guest role.

Jalsa, Ileana, Pawan KalyanThe film got thin story line. It's a story about how an angry young man takes radical route and tries to settle down in life later, and forced to face villain and situations. Trivikram shined in dialogues with his punch mark. He should have taken little bit care in screenplay and hero characterization. He should have continued some seriousness in hero's character after revealing the flashback.

Music & background by Devi Sri Prasad is good. Songs picturization is great. Cinematography is adequate. Action episodes are canned well. The production values are excellent and are up to the standard of Geetha Arts banner.

First half is smooth & crispy, interval bang establishes story and base for action episodes in second half. Pawan Kalyan’s performance, Trivikram mark neat & rich taking are plus points for the movie. Action and comedy episodes will bring repeat audience to theaters. It’s a clean family entertainer, though the film had three heroines you won’t find any vulgarity or over exposures.
