Ahmedabad, Dec 21: An aide of veteran BJP leader Keshubhai Patel today said a proper reply to the party's notice would be given on receiving its copy.
"We have just seen the news in the media. Once we get the copy of the notice, a proper reply will be given to the party," Keshubhai's aide said.
Patel, former chief minister, was issued a show-cause notice today by the party for "hurting the party's interests during the Assembly elections".
Another senior leader, Kashiram Rana, has also been issued notice. Two MPs, Vallabh Kathiria and Soma Patel, have been suspended from the party. (Agencies)
